Crook, ontop of depression =

more bad feelings.....

I am sick of feeling sick. Be great to simply go to bed and stay there till all well again, but who in reality can do this, no one. So we just have to go on best we can, baby steps doing what we can, when we can.
Rings bell, MAID, can you please vaccum the floor, and fill the coal tins and put some wood on the fire, and make a cuppa.

LOL, I must infact be getting better huh, I had been coming into the forum for a few weeks now, but never commenting anywhere, today, its all on, spilling out.
yes, I have been really down again, and yes, I am crook with flu.
But, am at a point, where I have not had a drink since early february, and the head is starting to clear, and I have learned so much thru aa. I know I have MUCH to be very GRATEFUL for.

Its cold and cloudy out,so this is my little patch of sun!

Congratulations it is such an awesome achievement Apricot to be alcohol free. I'm so glad you found some sun today and also pleased you are able to 'spill' on TBBd, spilling is now compulsory, unless yah don't want to....

Feeling much better today. yay. Have lots to think about and looking at improving my diet, nutrition wise to be healthier.
