COPING WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY

Nobody in the world is immune to stress and anxiety. At some point or another, everyone experiences a stressful event, which in, turn causes anxiety. And because everybody is built differently, everyone will react differently to the stressful event. Below you will find some positive and useful ways to deal with stress when it comes into your life, which eventually, it will.

1. Get up 15 minutes earlier

It is very important to say NO to people but I find it really hard. It is imposs to be all things to all people. Just so tiring too.
