In my painting and drawing class there is a lady who at first I didn't recognise. After remembering, I took the positive approach and answered I did remember her. Unfortunately conversation was about past rather than now...

I lost some hope today that I could re-enter the world through study and not to be reminded of the breakdown... I knew I would see people involved in mental health. BUT I didn't expect it to be in such a personal way.
