Nausea with Anxiety

Does anyone get the constant feeling of wanting to be sick?
If so, how do you keep in control of it, is there a medication you take, or a mind technique or what, I am so sick of the spewy feeling all the time.

Nausea is one of the symptoms we depressed and anxious people feel, but its also a side effect of most of the ssri anti depressant types.

If you are on an ssri have a look to see.

Hi Apricot, this is something i have most days, more so when I am stressed and also when I am very focused on a task - one that requires concentration. On Monday my Dr prescribed Metamide - also if taken with 3 disprin this 'apparently' deals with headaches.

Hope this is helpful, maybe also a check up - eye-sight???

had to grin, I think if I tried the ginger, I wouldnt be able to stop, I love ginger!
havent heard of Metamide, I used to be on something, but cant remember the name of it.

Think I am needing to perhaps get medication directed at anxiety, I am also having panic attacks etc lately, started at the shops again a few weeks ago, but also having them at home again now.

I get neasua with one of my meds. I take losac to counter it. It is avaliable on prescription from the docs.
