Triggers and Symptoms of Anxiety Empty Triggers and Symptoms of Anxiety

I don't consider myself to have had problems with anxiety before (social anxiety, maybe)... but recently I notice I'm getting tight chested (I feel my heart beating loud and fast) even when I see things on TV, like two characters in Shortland Street arguing.

Can anyone else relate to this?

yes jaffa of course it doesn't take fire alarms police sirens to set it off its just one spiralling thougt after another, our thoughts become aroused, our hearts beat faster, pulse starts racing and away we go, feeling like nervous wrecks wishing it would stop.

Paddy prescribes a big brown papers back to blow into with deep breaths, so does my GP, I don't need any triggers to get anxious
