Lake Taupo Cycle Race

Roswell and I are thinking of putting together a team for this years race. Teams can be 2 or 4 people. If anyone is interested and is willing to put in the time to train please let me or Rossy know.

Its takes a bit of commitment but we have until November to prepare. I trained for the race 2 years ago as part of a team of 4 and if an old girl like me can cycle 40kms then Im sure its not beoynd the rest of you!

It may sound daunting at first but it honestly doesnt take too long to get cycle fit for 40k's. Dont be afraid!

It has nothing to do with seeing young ladies in bike shorts.

If you must know zenmonsta came to me about it. Bot of us use to cycle and have set it as a goal.

Claire bear as training you could enter the womens triathlons run by special k or contours.

As of next week when my jewerly comes off I will start walking, leading into going back on the bike.

There is plenty of time to train. Entries not due till June and race not till Nov so there no excuses.

We know your not a perve Rossy mate! lol

Where in Aucks are you Claire? Maybe we can train together hon or doa couple of events together.
