Im proud of monsta four!

ANd im proud of Wizza and wonder if we are the same star sign??? (or if we are seeing the same guy) SadSadSad

My partner of 3 years and i were forced to have a heart to heart last night as our sh!t finally hit the fan! We both decided it was best he move out for a while. I am proud of myself for finally admitting our relationship was an unhealthy one and the continuous fighting, putdowns and negativity only fuelled my depression! I allowed him to take over my home, my money, my friends, my family and worst of all my mind. Please dont think im putting the blame on him, i am to blame for this failure too!

But its time to take care of just ME now.

Who knows what the future holds for me, but im proud i was brave enough to admit WE need help and giving each other space is the best start!

Im so proud of you Claire, I was in a similar relationship, and it was hard to finally leave him, but it was a huge relief when I did. It started out as a break and it was hard but I realised I was happier without him and it was great.

But anyways, as I was saying Im so proud of all of ya!

I'm proud of myself today because... cant think of anything at the moment

I am bloody proud of me for just being me for a damn change!

Monsta,
havnt you realised that BEING oneself is the highest thing one can do in life?
Wow,Being you is 'YOU functioning well!'

As Frank Sinatra taught ,"Doo be Doo be Doo!" afro

What we need to learn as 'Ordinaary Humans' is to research and understand
that we 'be' because thats what we do Do BEST!
Then we are in the Flow!
When in the Flow we are BEING ouselves and HAPPIER than a Doer who do's and do's and never lets up for a Wonderful refeshing buzz which Being doth give us all,who are being themselves...

Im proud that I did 20mins on the treadmill, and 20mins of crunches, dips, and planks.

But then ate a couple of toffee pops.. but dark choc is good for you!

proud I am
to have realised my small self requires nurturing
like my picture shows
me being kind to
myself.

How can it be that I have lived my life knowing
how cruel i can be to myself!

It is though a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders
and placed beside Me!
A Companion perhaps?
I'l wait an see.

I'm proud my partner J and i went to sports day with our buddy, Paddy, an intellectually disabled man who used to live in Kimberley. We visit him Wednesdays usually, for an outing to a cafe or park. But this was a bit more challenging for us as we have particular problems with crowds and noise. (Paddy does not!) We did ok and i think my meds really do help with some of the sensory problems I've had all my life.

MMmm,

If one is sincere with themselves, the truth be known more quickly.
Honesty with Oneself is so vital if One is gunna come clean of serious illnesses of the mind
of which there are many.

HOW FANTASTIC,another one rolls off the production line
oiled,greased and re-spray painted!
cheers

I managed to last two hours at an afternoon tea party with hardly anyone I knew and didn't panic and leave. And didn't drink anything alcoholic to help me through either...
