Right I will get the ball rolling:
- I admitted on here I am relapseing
- I talked to my probation officer about this and told her about my drinking, thoughts of self harm and sucidial ideanation

I will go 2nd.

-Im proud of myself because i have only had 1 coffee today and i normally drink about 3 by this time!

-I have also text my partner to say can we have a serious talk tonight because i need to get a few things off my chest.

That took huge courage and im hoping i dont chicken out tonight.

Right whos next?

Im proud of my self,
having awoken from a tortured Night,and faced another day...(been with virus problem 4days)
Proud cause i struggled to get going out of weakness,
and 'fill-in' as My partner is ill in Bed Today,so I got My daughter to the Dentist on time.
Im proud that She an I went 'little twinkies intwinned' about town,
and i keep going even though I phucked-up with lack of Organisation,and didnt do the transactions and allowed myself to feel so down,that I plodded....on.
Im proud that I keep going with my daughter and we Got Her Mothers pages bound for Her Song Book,and then Found ourselves right beside a South Vietnamese Cafe' where the Smell of their angelic food forced us to settle in for some delectable tasting experiences.Ive never shared a plate with My daughter before,and Her with Half of Her face Paralysed by the Dentist didnt stop Her appetite.
Im proud also that She saw a Book she Liked in a bookstore window and i had enuf money left to payfor it(and not steal it)and then to get Home and find My partner sitting up in Bed,sucking on a Mango!
But the Thing that made me so PROUD TODAY,were that i got a Call from my dear friend who gave Me Five days free accommodation on Rottnest Island,Right in Thompson Bay,and I was Able to Give My wife a Holiday,early December!
What Made Me feel best though
was when she asked Me
to come along too;i had been back-thinking
that I were her problem.

I'm proud of me because I had another lightbulb moment (thanks to monsta) and I am actually taking notice of it rather than brushing it away like I normally would

smarty pants lowdown

Im proud of myself today because I told my tupperware manager that Im feeling down about doing useless, and she replied and made me feel better.
I also let my boyfriend know how Im feeling (even though it wasnt the best way to go about it, drinking too much, yelling, crying, throwing a tantie) BUT now he knows how I feel.

I'm proud cos I just feel ok today today for NO reason.

Im proud of myself because i have had the busiest day at work today and not 1 single tear! Im seriously shocked! Maybe ive used up all my tear quota but somehow i achieved alot today and nothing upset me including the stress!

I'm proud of myself today for not lowering myself to bite back to a nasty comment aimed my way. I don't need to do it, and I DON'T need the crap.

Taking care of ME, so I can take care of my wee family is MUCH more important. Yay me!

I have a job interview on Thursday at a NGO for a secretary position.

I had an absolute blast at my psyc appointment.

Sheesh, I hate bloody telephones.

When my plan of World Domination via TBBD Message Board comes to fruition, I am never using a telephone ever again - 'cept maybe to connect to the Net. No damnit, not even then! The Net can come to me.

I am a little bit overdue for an medical appointment n some more pain meds etc. Just 'ringup and order them from us over the 'phone' says the doctor, knowing I have a telephone phobia.

So today after some two hours of 'trying' to ring up, I did. The first zillion times, their line was engaged. The second zillion times I rang, no one answered. Finally, I get to speak to my most favourite medical receptionist in the entire wide world. What fun that was.

They're not 'taking new appointments' right now, they have a wee shortage of doctors. But the nurse will ring me sometime about my meds n decide if my need is such that I should see a doctor. Yeah alright, whatever. I tried.

Can I say 'Fuck, I hate telephones'? Cos thats about how it is, n my stress levels have just gone thru the roof.

I need to kick the cat. 'Alice, here puss puss puss, daddy wants you'!!!

I stuck with it and applied for a dream job at the MOH as a Policy Analyist.

I filled out a four page application form that asked everything but what colour undies I had on.

i am proud of the fact that i walked away from a verbally abusive relationship with my head held relativley high and proud that i KNOW i am better than that!(wow-did i just say that?!)
im proud that i have decided to put myself and my health issues 1st in life.

I am proud that I finally left my house yesterday and went out to Massey, I spent the whole day studying in the library. I am still behind but managed to read a whole chapter. Am up this morning and going to repeat the same thing. Its just so good to get out of bed.

I am proud of me for getting up and going to the gym this morning.
