What I am proud of....

And if I make any spelling mistakes, please forgive. I have had I think 4 drinks, unsure, as damn anti-d's seem to be good at helping me not keep count!

I am proud of the fact that I have 2 gorgeous girls! Even if one of them is a majorly naughty lil shit!

And the fact that I am pretty, even if some days I disagree. The fact that I am intelligent and I understand many concepts of psychology and how the brain works...even if it doesn't help my own journey with depression.

I am proud that I am a good driver and that I have never caused any incidents. I am proud of when I speak and people really do listen. I especially love it when I can help somebody, just by them knowing they are not alone and not the only person going threw that same old crap.

I am proud of the fact that I am not alone and the fact we will all eventually get better and that life will be hopeful.
