Yeah I've been on 'depression.org'. Yeah I know plenty about depression and how it works. I just need to work through things and one day I will get over my regular depressive periods.

I have watched 'Supernanny'. I must admit I haven't tried many of her strategies. Part of my problem, is I'm not very consistent with discipline and I give my older daughter too many chances.

Yeah my anger concerns me, that is why I made sure I went to the doctor and talked to her about my feelings.
