I'm here not so much as a sufferer of poor mental health myself, but as the partner/ex-partner of a beautiful young woman currently suffering through the effects of Rapid Bi-Polar.

I look forward to chatting with everyone here, and hope that I may be able to offer as much help and guidance as I receive from other members on here.

You are more than welcome, however mental illness may impact on your life.

There may be some scary times ahead, my friend and I hope that you are a Master Mariner, with sat nav and look outs posted at all quarters, these can be fast shoaling waters.

Ah, but on a good day, 100 fathoms beneath the keel, the wind on the right quarter, the rigging singing, dolphins surf the bow wave, the iced teas are just pefect, and its not beans again for tea;, now there's a day to cherish.

And we do have them, from time to time, despite our best efforts not to, sometimes. Thats probably our biggest issue. Self sabotage. We need to find a way to convince ourselves that we have the right to happiness too.

Patent that, and you will be a wealthy person.
