I am proud of you too, you are brave, I think we all are here to choose to live. We folk who feel suicidal don't hate life. We love it more than anything.

Its our crap fecking awful circumstances we hate and the messes we get into that we hate. That's what I think. Today I enrolled at CPit a technical college in Christchurch on an Opportunity for Women course. I am really proud of myself, there was a queue of women fifty something and over all looking anxious and a few asian ladies as well. I was so chuffed that all these women including me found the strength to even try to look at a better future for themselves.

Grandma T I hope that you find day by day with the rest of us on here the courage to face the next day with a wee bit of hope. Love and good wishes to you. Martine

*sighs* thanks for your postitive messages folks, I've been like this since I was 14 and first tried to kill myself. Good thing I'm so thick or stupid or scared that I can't quite work out how to do it lol.

We are allowed to empower ourselves to find the occasional smile, true. Sometimes, we need to open our eyes cos those smile-making things are quite often not very far way. Pffft, ya don't believe me, do you? I understand that too. It is true, I PaddyPromise. It took me too long to understand that, so I hope that you catch on sooner than I did, hon.

well i've made it through another day, lets aim for two!

I made it thru a whole WEEKEND I have to find meaningful work though.

And I don't know where to begin.

Maybe if I go to WINZ they will do anything to not give me money and force me into a humdrum dreary job which would suit me just fine.

Anything but Mental Health Nursing its just about killed me.
