Finally a good day

Even though I did not get much sleep last night but I did not have the usual thoughts of self harm etc.
I slept in this morning and then just chilled playing a video game.
Later I went to the movies and saw Wall.E and had KFC for lunch.
Once home it was back to the computer game with Bathurst on in the background.
The nigh was spent watching Alf, oh the memories.

It sounds like today has been long overdue, mate. I'm glad it found you and that you made the most of it.
Remember, there will be plenty more along the way - sometimes, we just have to keep an eye out for them so that they don't slip past and become regrets instead.
