In the East,
ritual cleansing is a WAY of the Spiritual.

Wo/Man in the West are only catching on
about the POWER of their Minds.

When we Make a Ritual of Bathing(as in the ganges)
with herb baths,candels and soft music,
we prepare ourself for the canvas
without blemish!

So what does ritual cleansing do - how is it conducted?

its an act of intent!
Ppl do this because theyre sincere in
wanting change.

Yes but what do they actually do, just bathe in a river?

doubt it!

well that is what is looks like to a person like me who know's nothing about it.

How do they really cleanse their soles, do they wipe out somehow all of the horrid things?

That which the Bathers choose to do is specifically their own spiritual practices,which they have been taught to do,by others who have healed themselves,
and proved that the practice rewards the practitioner.

When we do not cleanse our mind of the deeper-memories which binds life within the subconcious,
we remain driven by impulsiveness we know not where it come from.

Suffering Man(woMan) needs first to take their life seriously,
and look for a suitable way out of the mess we get ourselves borned into
due to the antics of our parents.

In the West,
we have Psychotherapy and Psychiatry inplace of the religions in the East.
Our Western religions seem not to take healing as seriously as their AFTERLIFE,
hense the transferance of mind-illnesses of amonst the various Clans.

"Things have been going so great since i threw the Anti-depressants away!

Its been 13 days since the miraculous event where i saw I didnt need the dope
and i decided to go it alone.I had been contemplating it,on and off for months,and the Drs always freak-out!
The last two months have been so revealling to Me,
i feel that i have unlocked

those drugs..

I just lost what i wrote to you explicitly about drug withdrawal Mylife.
Mishaps do happen,but when investigated,usually it has a reason.

But firstly,
thank you for prompting Me to return the truth of my findings about the drugs for depression and the miracle that meditation can provide for its practioners.
Under the Circumstances,I feel it should be written-up in Meditation,
as all credits to insight and healing need to go there;drugs of course Dont heal,they only change the symptoms,hense therapy is neccesary for healing to Take place!
I advocate drugs and therapy as the answer to depression.

And WHAT IS HEALING?????

The uniting of the self with its Maker!

Of course it is provided you don't met the maker in the process...
