how i feel

*Grabs a duvet and bean bag and curls up in the cornor*

been a long dat, hell it been a long week

As some of you know I been busy working on casual contracts this week, and I did not wear myself too thin but I feel tired and drainined of energy.

I took a couple of zopocloine last night and woke up with a killer zopi headach and my brain been mush all day and can't concentrate.

Feel shit bout myself cos having a "Fat week" (are guys allowed fat weeks ). Due to contract work etc it has been a lot of BK, Maccas and cafe food.

Guess I just feeling tiried emotionally and physically.

I am going to hide under the duvet now fi you want me I will be there

You've perhaps explained something for me today...taken half a zopoclone two nights running for the first time ever and have had the WORSE headache today, which is pretty unusual for me...

I've also been curled up under my duvet for the last two hours as a result (but did get a bit of sleep which is a bonus)

i too have been curled up under my duvet, and got some sleep YAY!!!

How is life under the duvet??? Good place to be tonight as it is not very tropical at the moment.
