Only more than I feel I can cope with.

ITs soo exhausting. I feel worn right down. Just want to bury head under sand, or hull in down a rabbit hole till its all over with...

Just want to curl up in a nice warm cosy bed. And sleep it all away.

Will try to put one foot in front of other, and do little bits as I can. Have made a doc appt..so thats one thing, next will be how to get the person to the doc when they dont want to go, and are bigger than me.....
