I have to go to a group today which i'm really really nervous about, i've already phoned my mum twice and said i'm not going..but I really should. Wish me luck Shocked

Hey, lets be honest, everyone seems to be 20 or 30yrs younger than us these days. Its like their not happy with thinking they invented sex,now they think they invented depression or other mental illnesses.
