this yourlife and you have to claim control of it.

Dreams haunt you so that you can challenge them!
Every dream-demon has a gift for you
when you stand up to them.
They give you Powers
only after they know
you're gonna wear
it responsibly!

If you dont own your Mind
you give POWER TO OTHERS
to mistreat YOU!

LOL mylife, you made me giggle, we all hit our heads at times. Working out anything in life, takes work sweet, (I'm sure you know that) but sit down write it out and see how it relates to your life. I had a very strange dream the other night and to start with, I couldn't work it out, but after much thinking, I think I know what it was about. It wasn't so much the person in my dream it was the message. Your dreams are not haunting you, they are challenging you.

MYLIFE,
stop it,
do the opposite,
you're simply densifying your HEAD-space,
compacting it even further.

At times as these,
shake loose that which holds the COMPACTED Accountant together!

Do the opposite.

By doing the opposite the Accountant awakens
that accounting is a learnt thing,
You were most happy before you learnt to be ON THE BALL
and responsible for all!

You have made yourself dense from trying
and living exactly How they Taught You!

Dancing and shaking,
is your new-way
into a fresh and alive
Person.

Change is refreshing.

Yes change is refreshing - now how can I get rid of the shackle and chain I have around my neck... and start thinking reasonably.

I am glad you have understood.

Thinking reasonably can be gained thro reading a small booklet you can purchase from a Swammi who teaches Children in India.
It will be cheap THAT I know.
His teaching is based on the Vedantic Tradition.

Why is it that we only remember some of our dreams. Sometimes I will get little snipets of dreams, but for the life of me when I try to recall they are just not there, other times they are sooo vivid.

My ACC councillor thought it was odd that I was having weird dreams - she said prozac lessens vivid dreams - but it hasn't with me!

I don't normally remember every little detail, but I sure do remember a fair amount of these funny dreams...

Thank you for the Sound question Pam.

Not all dreams are useful communication from the Soul,
or the subconcious, where the biggest and most powerful part of ourselves resides.

Many-Dreams are manufactured from those things we didnt say during the previous day or night,
those emotions we didnt express when chose to hold-back
an not hurt the ones We Love!
Other dreams are just the trass we pick-up in the subconcious on the perifery of our separate worlds, like TV,neighbours, things we have read in the newspapers.

The most successful way
to capture dreams at Night
is to keep a Dream diary.
When you go to sleep at night
you condition(instruct)your sub-concious mind to remember your dreams by saying the mantra
that you've created for this purpose.

Drinking a glass of clear water at your bedside will also make sure you're taking-in your Mantra(command) as you say your command, over and over in your Mind.

This is a self-hypnosis trick Ive used and taught others.

So,
use the Diary and the Glass of Water tricks.
They do work.

getting the sub-concious minds attention,
that you are keen to know, make contact and are taking your Life seriously, takes some time!

Unless you're prepared to invest your energy into these practices as way of Life,
You do best to watch TV where we are entertained
and can switch it off when its Boring.

dreams come anytime Pam.
But mostly in the later hours of the night, after 4am.
Having the diary beside ones bed is good;half asleep ive written down many dreams i had forgotten
apon waking in the morning.
There, scratched out in wiggly handwriting Ive sometimes found 2 or three dreams ive had during the night!

The other thing, is this.
Waking straight-up after a dream
and NOT FULLY WAKING UP is the KEY!

Not only do you fall asleep immediately afterwards
but you can sometimes fall into the previous dream immediately.

The OBJECT here is to awaken the dreamer without having an emotional appreciation.
If you become excited
that you have indeed succeeded in becomming a concious-dreamer,
YOU WILL AWAKEN YOURSELF in bed.

The concept is to retain the fact that you are a dreamer in a dreamers world;then you are feed to explore LIFE, and achieve the unattainables, write new poetry, design fresh buildings, paint like never before and bring this knowledge back into your waking-concious world,
where you will be excillerated to know,

YOU NOW HAVE A DIRECT CONNECTION into the HEART OF CREATION.

This sets you apart from the average person,
Your devinity has been reclaimed,
the ordinary-person becomes
extraORDINARY.

LET THE WAY OF YOUR HEART
shine through.

OK please GM, can you explain this one. I had the weirdest thing happen to me in my sleep last night. I figure there are 3 possibilities of explaination anyway your thoughts would be welcome. I had this sensation of being outside of my body. I was above my body, looking down apone myself, watching myself sleep. I remember thinking how peaceful I looked whilst sleeping, the position that I was sleeping in and that I was (dont tell anyone) gently snoreing. I recall thinking, I'm not sure how this is happening, but it was very very peaceful. What happened, was I dreaming I was out of my body, was I out of my body or have I just totally lost the plot and need help???, lol. I have never had this happen before and if I was dreaming it all, what on earth would that have been about.

this is good.

You have made some progress; this is what ppl call soul-country.

OBE's are spoken about all over.
In the realm where you become the concious dreamer, one can realise the Soul Layer of our existance. Since it has happened NATURALLY for you, to You,
it is thoroughly-good and you can come to no harm.

When ppl force it they can become confused, alarmed,
But you are Not!

My question is."What else did you do with your time there?"
After hanging-about, observing your sleeping tired body at rest,
'what thoughts passed through your Dreaming Layer'?

You can visit ppls in that plane of existance.
Catch up on long lost friends etc.
You can solve problems in your life (much more quickly) and write superb poetry or invent things out of need!

Many things are solved just outside the boundaries of waking Conciousness which we all are aware of.
But very few have regained access to conciousness before Bodily awakening.

You're Free NOW
to make your own explorations in life.

when we wake after sleeping
we sometimes become conciousness,
in what is termed ones sub-concious level. (where dreams occur)
Dreams can show us How we are Handling our daily life.
They can also be a means to alert one to things about to happen.
Some ppl awaken un-aware of their dreaming,
or cannot remember their dreaming-time at all.

The Aboriginies here, make great use out of their dreaming time.At least the Elders do/ did!

Its after dreaming-time is over
that the Bodily-senses becomes charged-up and Conciousness(which you are)
is spread throughout ones body
and we awake to Life
as we know it to be!

Thankyou GM, no I was not and am still not alarmed, I had just never experienced this before. Unforntunatly it didn't last for long, for some reason I woke, I had been having a restless night. I recall thinking how stressful life had been in the last few weeks, but then I was looking at myself thinking how peaceful I was, so it didn't really make sense, other than maybe showing me, when life is stressful I can still be calm. Its given my freinds the shivers, but for some reason not me. If it happens again, man am I going visiting, maybe I was just not aware that I could.

validation from another knowing-person
is all that is required.

It is also my understanding, that these things can come about to anyone who maybe having an emotional time in life.

When it first occured in my life (32yrs back) I were in the midst of change!

The enormous pressure I were under
seemed to generate the experience due to the 'fight or flight' syndrome functioning. I chose FLIGHT!

I have always been interested in extending the Known Boundaries in Life,
as i wanted to understand 'how this all could be?'
and 'how it were put together in the first place!

Remember,
this is a LAYER-THING only.
Recognition of the layers makes the person wisdom itself!

Happy voyages....
Wake me up
if you see me sleeping!

In the esoteric world
as in any occult or spiritual concept of reality,
life is often devided-up into layers for scientific study purposes.
spirit(essence)Soul(innate knowlege)individual Mind(subtle) Body(gross).

Too much 'mental-stuff' can kill what is naturally occuring
(being revealled) within your Life at present!
Best to trust Oneself and learn as you go.
This way we keep the keen interest functioning and dont go sloppy
with the egos, "Ohh, I know all that", mental attitude.

Keeping the 'Beguinners-Mind' attitude is precious in Zen.
Too much mental knowledge can make one deadly heavy and boring
to say nothing of falsly responsible for what is normal going-ons in life.

Keep it LIGHT, and Playful,
as thats where our memories of this come from.
As children we were Naturally Inquisitive,
but became boring to fit into the adults Material World.!
