Looking for people to talk to

Hi,
I have suffered from depression and social anxiety on and off since I was a teenager. Over the years I have pushed friends away and isolated myself which in turn contributes to the depression by leaving me feeling lonely.

I was just wondering if there were other people like this, especially in Christchurch that would be interested in chatting?

I recall there used to be a group for people with mental health issues that I used to go to in CHCH. But darn it, that was like 11 years ago and I can't remember what it was called.

Maybe try going on google and typing in "mental health support groups in christchurch" and see if anything comes up.
