Citalopram Empty Citalopram

Hi
To anyone on citalopram, does it make you really tired? I have always been an easily fatigued person, but I've been on my meds for coming up 18 months with the dose being doubled in that time, and I find I'm getting more and more tired. I don't want to stop taking it because in every other way I feel human again but if anyone has any tips about how to deal with the fatigue I'd really appreciate it. Sleep
