Ok, that may seem harsh...re. this site, there are no medical folk here, and saying "too late" , i consider that to be manipulative. If you are at that point, seek professional help, the numbers aren't hard to find, as you can see lifeline in HUGE letters above. Dude, call for help, don't leave messages like that here, it's not fair on anyone and you are only delaying getting the professional help you really seem to require right now.

from what i read in your other posts, in the past you have made some unwise choices - now (RIGHT NOW!, TODAY!) is the opportunity you have to begin making wise choices. and you do that only by making one step at a time.
