Paddy I love the honesty you have shown to us all. You have made me smile many times and have been their for many more of us. i have found a lot of very nice people here and in the other thread. I was asked to join a crochet group here in Hams where I live but I have beem stabbed in the back too many times to risk it again. I feel safe with my hubby and he and some family members are the only ones that I feel safe with. I thank you very much for starting this off so we can have somewhere else we can go to.

THANK YOU

Hi Reet. Had a real bad fall last night and landed on the side of my hand so it is hard to push the keys. Bit stressed out about everything else going on around me.

Steve asked me to go and see him so I did this morning thinking that he would be sober, but he wasn't and I felt quite scared of him. At one point because I refussed to give him what he wanted he told me to "f off". He says he loves me and keeps ringing me but I can't deal with someone like that. I was feeling sad about what is happening but dont' want someone in my life like that and I need to think about my kids too. The stupid thing is he wasn't drinking when we first met and he started taking me out for meals etc and started having drinks. If I'd known or if he'd said that he doesn't drink then I wouldn't have had a drink either. Feeling really bad that he has started drinking again because of me!

Reet hun can I just say that you can't make anyone turn to drink who isn't wanting/thinking about it!
If he loved you he would know what you've been through with your drinking and know how much your kids and your study mean!
I'm here for you hun but please don't beat yourself up!! He's a grown man with no respect for you hun! You deserve to be treated like a princess!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are men out there who will treat you the way you deserve!! queen

Post by reetpetite Mon Mar 19, 2012 7:01 pm

Morning, have been up since 5.15am, didn't sleep too good so decided to get up. Off to uni shortly. With all these hassels I'm getting behind and need to some how find my focus again! I will be telling Steve today that I don' t want a relationship with him, I don't kneed someone in my life like that and neither do my kids. I will have to do it by text as I felt quite scared when I went to see him yesterday. Even wondering if I need to shift to a new place as I feel scared that he might turn up! I'm in a fairly cheep place at the moment, but a lot of the other houses around here are a bit dearer, will winz support me if I shift into a house that cost $30.00 more per week? The other thing is this house is a big 4 bedroom house and I only need a 3 bedroom place now since I no longer have a boarder. This place is also expensive to keep warm in the winter as there is no heating here and is open plan living. The lounge has a very high roof too so is a really bit place to keep warm. I'd like to move into something smaller and easier for me to manage on my own. But don't know if winz will support me!

I hope everyone else has a good day and not getting too much rain in your area. Keep warm, reet

Hi Brucie, I am doing ok thanks. Very exausted though so wont be long before I go to bed. I did txt him and he has been ringing on and off all afternoon but I dont' answer his calls. He's probably drunk himself into oblivium!! It's a shame, he seemed like a really nice guy when I first met him Sad

How has your day been? I imagine you are probably not far off going to bed too that is if you aren't there already!

Good night all, I hope everyone gets lots of Zzz's tonight, Sleep reet

Hey Reet glad you popped in to let me know you were doing ok!
Your probably not going to sleep to much if he keeps up his antics! As horrible as this sounds I'm glad it's over now before you had way too much invested in the relationship!! If he's this crazy now imagine what he would have been like later on!!
Big hugs hun it's not nice being there!! xoxo
I'm still going to be up for another few hours, just having dinner now and will do a few other things .
