Re: things go wrong in my life
Hello Traceylee ..... there is a little trick (and no, I'm not always able to do it!!) ... called 'letting go of outcome' ............ sometimes plans go awry ... don't work out as we thought ... being able to let go of outcome leaves you free to 'go with the flow' instead of having to be attached to what may/may not happen ... can be used for little things more easily!
I know it's difficult when you're trying so hard to make your life more interesting - planning things etc. But Don't Give Up - take time to re-group, build energy, ready to try again.
