so threw out my medication and cut my hair. Not good I know, but hair grows back and pick up a repeat to my meds on Tuesday.

Love your quote about hurting more to smile in front of everyone. Thanks...good to know I am not alone...I get annoyed and angry every day, many times a day...so I have stuffed up again and again. However, I have really long nails now as they seem to keep getting stronger every time I crawl back out of the hole I dig myself into!
