WHY ARE PEOPLE ANGRY WITH ME?!?!?!?!?!?!

Ok, so I have been on Quetiapine for over a month. being feeling flat that whole time. Over the last week I have been playing around, with not taking them. I have had the best days!!!!! So fill of energy, my mind racing. And just feeling great.
But now a few of my close mates are getting really angry with me, for not taking them.

I like who I am without them. I thought they wont be happy I am not soo flat. but they not. I dont get it.

and they wont explain it to me. Or maybe I am just too hyper to get it

The meds ( I have to take antidepressants) take the highs and the joys

away. But they also stop you from being ridiculous, and a source of

extreme irritation to those around you.

See when I don't take my meds I feel better, and listen to Rammstein up

really loud, love it. My husband does his biscuit then (he's also a Mental Health nurse by the way). Its how our behaviours affect other people is how we are judged and we need to have the insight, discernment and love for our family and friends to make them not scared of us and our nonsensical shit. So take the meds Woppow because with them we make the people around us feel safer as well.

I hope this has helped but we're all in the same bucket here I think. We are good folks us, just different.

I know the times I have stopped meds for what ever reason, and I have flet great, others have breathed a major breth of relief when I have got to the doctor and got more meds.

I think how we feel, to ourselves, is often totally different to how we are seeming to others outside us.

It's up to you whether you take your medication or not, it's your life, your choice. But keep in mind the people who have to deal with the fallout, your parents,the police, the hospital, the mental health team.... The choice is yours to make but it does not effect ONLY you. We have to take some responsibility for our own mental health and that includes taking the medication we're prescribed, that helps us...even if we don't like it much.
