Hi Mistameenah and welcome to TBBD family. I hope you find this site as useful as I do. There are many good members here and it's great to have somewhere where people understand and don't judge you for having a mental illness. It's also a place where you can have a meltdown (thank you Ventilation chamber) if this is helpful and we manage to have a laugh now and again too!
