Wow back on the meds

Forgot how 'spinny' they make you feel at the beginning...im sitting here at work trying not to spin out, cant go home either as i have had a few days off lately and more next week ... very strange feeling but im sure it will pass soon!

Its a disconcerting feeling, isn't it. Keep a low profile at work today and see if you can't just cruise for the rest of the afternoon cos I'm sure you'll make up for it when you're feeling more in control.

Yeah its a bit like an illegal drug feeling at the moment, so very low profile for me today.. i havent been doing much at all. im quite dizzy and dry, cant wait for hometime !!

What have they put you on, star? I second Paddy's comments, cruise it until you come right, it will settle.

back on citalapram or however you spell it. i know it works, just have to adjust again. feeling a bit better today, just yucky taste in mouth and quite spacey. i am definately cruising this week!

Yeah, you'll get there. I know its a horrible feeling and when you're like that it can be hard to see that it will improve. Like the shampoo ad said - it won't happen overnight but it will happen. Take care and be kind to yourself, won't you. Cos you're worth it.
