It worries me from time to time that some folk try to do their own diagnosis over the Net. It is very understandable to want and to seek answers but if you look, you'll find. Bloody near anything and a lot of it is about as reliable as I am. And I wouldn't give me a job!

www.medsafe.govt.nz is the ONLY site I recommend for finding out prescription medications in NZ - every prescription med. They have two 'layers' of Information Sheets - one targeted at Consumers and one at health professionals. I find the Consumer Info Sheets are really good and you can save or print them.

There is a lot on the Net - and sometimes, the Net is bottom-trawling in the murky depths of not very reliable waters.
