Dizziness/light headness
Right well I'm off to the doc's tomorrow morning. So will see what he says this time round about what's causing this and my headaches.
Will update tomorrow night as to what I get told.

Re: Dizziness/light headness
Well that was a bit of a waste of time and money. Doc checked blood pressure, and basically his answer was 'it's not your blood pressure'. *bangs head on brick wall* I KNOW IT'S NOT MY BLOOD PRESSURE!!!! Other than that he didn't really have a lot to say on the matter, except telling me my ears need syringing out and that if I'm not eating a lot of meat I could start taking iron tablets.

Re: Dizziness/light headness
minerals are the bodies basic needs
to keep the machinery
reproducing underlings
capable of taking-over
where the others
have fatiqued
and died.
One other thing i noticed about dizzyness and buzzes of a sort,is that
energy rushes do that, when the healings are happening
at deeper levels outside our awareness.
These things pass, and we do get better.
Nothing ever stays the same,
all is moving inlife
untill dead!

Re: Dizziness/light headness
Nothing over the last couple of days. But then that's normal. *sigh* I shall just let them do there thing and wait for the day when they stop again for another year or so.

Have you had your inner ear checked? Your eyes could also be the cause of it. ( Vertigo )

Re: Dizziness/light headness
Eye's are fine, had them tested couple of weeks ago and nothing wrong there. Getting ears syringed out this week to get rid of any wax and see if that makes a change. Have decided that I will get a second opinion, and when I'm down in NP in a few weeks am going to go see my old doctor and get his opinion.

Was feeling ok this morning, tad bit light headed. This increased as the day went on and ended up going home an hour early. *sigh* I HATE THIS

Re: Dizziness/light headness
Taking care of yourself is the hardest, especially when you live alone and have to do everything yourself to support yourself. I'm resting when I'm not working.
