I can be really stupid

Thought that since my wrist hadn't been too bad and me and mum were only going visiting today that I would take the cast and wrapping off my arm for the day. Well that was a stupid idea, now wrist is absolutely killing me, and I haven't even used it today, just rested it on my thigh all day even when driving. Its at the highest bloody pain level, you know, the point where you're in so much pain it makes you feel physically sick? That's what it's like.

To top things off I've received my payslip and according too that I'm not getting payed for two days because of 'unexplained absence', so know gotta ring them up tomorrow and try get that sorted else half my bills miss out on being payed.

Just realised should of posted this in the venting chamber. Oh well, if you want to you can move it paddy.

Nope, just what ever you can buy over the counter. Which I think the strongest is nurofen.

hmmm... pity..try to get a good nights sleep ay???
