music to feel better!! what do you listen to?

hiya, not sure if this is the right place to put this...i searched but couldnt find a topic about this so...

music is such a lifeline for me, as im sure it is for many of us! i get into the bad habit of listening to music which is dark and down and will do nothing at all to help me so i really try to listen to upbeat music so i thought maybe we could share with each other the songs that make us feel even that little bit better? (if this is dumb, then maybe one of the mods could just delete it...)

They are Beautiful Life, and Beautiful Morning.

ok, i cant sleep, so have been working on this-its coming along great! will print out some covers this week and reckon i will have it all done by next week-hooray! great songs by the way everyone!

I like claire de lune by debussy. I get so carried away by soft Piano music! The latest has been Bella's lullaby from that movie Twilight, but now it depresses me! I cry every time i hear it now!! Amazing how music can affect emotions.

Ive USED music to change my-moods at times also!

What I noticed,when the music I played to feel better
no-longer did the trick,I'd shift to something different to make change-happen.

I have all sorts of music in my library now,as I have been a moody person
and in the earlier days I had NO-ONE available to show me
how to shift from one mood to another.
Boy,
and I know how to suffer!

Music is a good means of changing ones conciousness though,
and I reccommend using-it untill you find greater,
more proffitable ways of changing mood,
from within the mind.

I liken changing moods to changing gears in a CAR!
When I come to a Steep-Hill
I move into the BLUES.

Today by the Smashing Pumpkins - it was my mantra for a long time. Off to listen to it now. Thansk for reminding how useful music can be.
