Well Im back after 3 years and that means life is changing again

I'm not an oldie so I hope you don't mind me replying but you've struck a bit of a cord for me. Needing a sounding board or support from people who know what you are about is not failure it is a smart move in striving for recovery, like an alcoholic phoning their sponcer and going to meetings when their 'monkey' is weighing them down. It takes a lot of courage and strength to fight mental health conditions, try not to be ashamed, instead be proud, you are doing good.

thanks for responding to my post.
Over time I have learnt what to do when and if my illness starts to get out of control, it just sucks that it's back after so long of being able to have control over it. Change of meds and giving up smoking prob hasnt helped, but i guess that is how life is sometimes.
