Hi i am new to this forum
I suffer from social anxiety and depression, i don't really have much friends anymore as i never go out. My best friend has moved away and i find it sooo hard to make new friends...i just can't seem to relate to anyone. I am 21yo female and a stay at home mum of 2 boys and its great but my social anxiety means i hardley ever want to leave the house, it makes me lonely and i just wish i had someone to talk to or had some friends to do things with. Does anyone else feel the same?
