Back again !

Hi I`m back at rock bottom again ! all the pressures from family etc has finally gotten to much . Contacting my Pscologist tomorrow re: beeing under a crisis watch again ! after last time I got this low I thought if I got this low again I wouldn`t be able to do it again which scares me . No sleep and consant bad thoughts are back again just feel like climbing under a rock ad giving up ! my Aniexty levels are sky high as well as panic attack feelings . Also recently have been told I have MS well ! . Writing this has helped my aniexty a little !.

Sounds like you have a lot going on in your head at the moment ... keep writing, it helps to get some of it out when you can.
