Hey,
First thanks for all your thoughts etc re me gaining my freedom. Had a great night out the first night and meet Jo who is as awesome in real life as on line.

Freedom has not been smooth sailing. Since last tuesday I have had two anxiety attacks, a major panick attack and been escorted out of Winz. Also had to make a late night text for support (thanks Monsta) after my exes aunties house as there is a lot of stuff there unresloved, long story.

Well now I have six months supervision to do which just means I have to report to probation once a week, also attend appointments with my shrink and other counselling and treatment as seen fit. The shrink has done my report and now looking at treatment options so the hard work is about to start. Was amost in tears during our session yesterday and I cant remember he last time I cried.

Plans for my freedom are
1) start walking again to get fit for Round the bays on 15th of Feb
2) Uni starts back on the 23rd of Feb and I am doing two courses on campus and two extramural
3) Get fit for a fundraiser ride for Wellington Childrens Ward in March. It is a 50 km ride and will do it with a mate so 25km each
4) Get fit for the Lake Taupo ride with monsta, claire-bear and a friend of mine in November.

I also have a planning meeting with an organisation tomorrow to help do career planning and development so may have a job soon hopefully.

cheers yay way to go Rossy.

Aaaaw thanks for your kind words it was really neat to meet you too.

Things can only get better, and it is a big thing making that adjustment and getting back into the swing of things. But you can do it.

Crying is good for you too Rossy, try not to bottle things up, and have the growler and the duvet at the ready.

Take care I love you

Yay - Welcome Back Ros

Good to see you here again. And good to hear you have your freedom now. It might take a little bit to get used to again. But I am sure you will be fine.
