Hi, I am new to this board and very nervous about even beginning to write down how Im feeling. I have battled depression in the past and have been able to 'self manage' for awhile. However lately things have been getting really tough.

I am heading to see my Dr on Monday but I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good counsellor or therapist in Christchurch?
