Self inflicting anger. Though you don't need to be angry to be depressed. For me, I got angry after I got depressed. Then I was even more angry about being angry. Viscious circle...

I think some of my depression has come from a lot of hurt over the years and when I read that I though it was true for me. I am angry at how I have been treated by some people but because I don't believe that is how you treat people they have gotten away with it.
