Hope you are ok. I have a family member with severe anger issues linked to bipolar issues. We are too close to help (I hope that makes sense). We rely on professional support to help all of us. Good luck.

I just noticed your post is from last month so I hope things are more settled now.

BTW I absolutely love your profile pic Very Happy

Dear Mum23

hello and I have done this too with anxiety. shred the lives of everyone around me and made myself totally miserable. Maybe just a tweak of the meds is all it needs.

please mum23 get a meds review you will thank yourself and so will your family when you are feeling better. Life is shite when you are walking around emotionally charged up.

Love Martinexx

hello mum223

you sound a bit fed up about being back on the meds but if it lets you keep your hands off the kids its only a good thing lol.

I am thinking of you and hope you feel more at peace soon.

Peace and paua.

Hi mum23

If you are desperate Please go to your GP and ask for a few benzos to get you through this crisis til your meds kick in, you shouldn't have to go through this without support.

Love to you
Martine
