A lot of good things today

I checked my bank account this morning and found that I had been paid for the respite I did last year. This allowed me to pay off Baycorp and will free up $11 a week. It also allowed me to buy a stero for my room, something I have been wanting to do for a while. I made sure it had cassette deck as I have a large cassette collection, apparently I am old school

I had a shrink appointment this afternoon, he is really pleased with my progress despite a number of very differcult situations to deal with over the last month. He was espically pleased with me turning off my cell for a weekend and also in regards to the emergancy planning I was doing, just provideing them the links to the tools I use and being avaliable if they wanted help.

We (me and the landlady) had pizza for tea
