Does it work Temazepam

Hi just got change from zoppies to this and i need to hear your experience i havent slept for dayz and am at my wits end i have been given 20mg so i hope this will work, please tell me your story

In my humble opinion, any med whose name ends in ‘Pam’ is good, pffft. Thats not a recommendation, but. Just a personal observation.

Each persons experiance is different so you cannot rely on others peoples experience.

All I can advise is you talk to your GP, try the meds and see how you respond to them.

I was on zops and changed to Temazepam. I am happy taking them as I no longer have the dreaded metallic taste. ZOPs were the best knock me outs though LOl

I am prescribed 10mg to 30mg... I found it difficult at first, - lying awake thinking about stuff. With zop i went out like a light. Now that I am not afraid of my thoughts I am more relaxed about 'waiting' for sleep


If I am still awake an hour after taking them I take 25mg of quetiapine (PRN).....


That is my experience with temazepam, I'm sure your experience will be different, but I think it is also reassuring to hear from others. so I hope I have helped in some way.....
