I cant sleep

I have so much going on in my head. I just want it to stop!

well I havent had any sleep and I feel sick. Can I ask you guys to helpme today.....its gonna be a rough one for me and if you could send me a poitive thought about 11am this moring I would be grateful. I hate to ask but Im a bit scared.

All you have to do is a week in the stocks at down by Britomart, avoid some manky fruit n veges that might come your way if you can duck; then, a few buckets of tar, some feathers, a quick ride down the Bombays attached to a post and before you know it, you'll have fitted in at Ngaruawahai and wondered why you hadn't move there yourself, instead of waiting to be ridden out of town?

Damn, my turn for no sleep. Again. This ones not fair, cos I've got 120mg of codeine and 3 zopliclones on board and even I should be able to sleep with that, surely?

This is doing my head in. I want to satand on my porch and just scream in frustration, but 30 second later, I'd be arrested and out would come the funny coats that do up at the back, n they're not actually as much fun to wear as they look on TV.

34 years of dashed uncomfortable pain, what - and prolly the same bloody amount left, with my luck. Bother!

Im up so and i have no idea why, Head is just replaying things over and over and over. GGRRRRR just wanna sleep.

I am sorry that my two mates up above didnt get the sleep I got last night! I was physically and emotionally exhausted but I think the chemical help was necessary. I woke 3 times that I remember, once because I was absolutely freezing which is strange for me as I am never cold, but each time was a brief awakening and I drifted back to sleep. Admittedly it was difficult to get myself woken this morning and the daughter came and gave me a shake and a cuddle then curled up next to me and proceeded to doze off.....lol. I am feeling a lot calmer and relaxed today thank god.

Thanks again for EVERYONES support over the last few days!
