Munchies after taking sleep meds????

Hi all

I am posting this question, because it seems to be a new pattern. I take my sleep meds, then get the munchies. Tonight, 2 toasted panini -garlic flavoured! darn it garlic after taste with zop doesn't taste so good.

Q Is this common - getting munchies after sleep meds are taken?

I don't know about getting the munchies after takeing sleeping meds but I will take two garlic panini's to go if they are on offer

Poetry, I am just thinking aloudish....you know sometimes when we are down, we lose interest in food,

Sometimes not also, it can work either way for me, to either extreme, binge constantly, or eat nothing.

but, what I am wondering is this, perhaps, after you have taken your meds, you relax, which then, when relaxed your body feels hunger?

just an idea, may be wrong.....
