Online depression course

Hi guys,
I've just started the online depression course that John Kirwin is running at www.depression.org.nz
Is anyone else going to do it? It might be cool to have a group of us from here doing it.

Basically you watch videos (usually JK, may need broadband) and then complete tasks. Seems pretty cool so far.

I saw it advertised. I might have a look at it. What sort of tasks do you have to complete?

Ros was that a question for me?? What do I have to acheive??. Hmmm, I am here as support, apart from my down days eg: sis dying, spliting from partner who did suffer depression, I dont actually suffer long term depression myself, however, I do have many tasks to complete

Hmmm this sounds interesting JK. I went to the site to check it out and it looks worthwhile so I think I'll give it a go! The site mentions about doing the course weekly and that would probably suit me the best. I'll start and get back to you if you like? PM me if you wish to. Like you say JK, it would be good if a few of us did this as we could support one another.

Task one is planning two fun activities to complete this week.

I've started yet haven't got round to listening to task1
