only thing is i feel bad as my partner never knows wat kinda mood im going to be in when he gets home from work, i feel this is so unfair to him. im very paranoid and take it out on him. yesterday he made a sweet comment on how i didnt get shitty with him all day, this made me sad

Re: Answers for partners
Hi biddy, sounds to me that if you can go that long without your partner knowing there is a problem, you must be a pretty awesome thoughtful partner. Maybe xmas, for some reason, is very stressful for you, try and work out what it is about that time that puts so much pressure on you. If you can work out ahead of time, then maybe you can put things in place prior, that will help with the stress.
Sorry to hear of your attack, that must be hard to deal with, but sweetie, your partner is there because he loves you and wants to support. Bring yourself into the here and now when he gets home, and make a conscious effort to give him a cuddle. When you are in a good space tell him how much you appreciate his support, it will go a very long way believe me.
Take care
