Well today is the big adventure outdoors......please...... please..... This will most probably come across as pathetic but i have that wee chant going this morning as i am leaving the house. I've got a concert to go to, I am suppose to be in the band but haven't been able to leave the house for practice sessions....but am determined to support the cause.

Not only that but get some needed groceries and a blood test done.
I'm going to keep things as simple as possible.

To highlight this unwillingness to leave the house - ran out of newspaper sat in the cold until i thought ah ha burn the old ph book. The measures one will go to stay house bound!!

I also took a big step forward and have ready for post marriage cert to ex along with a note and song i had written. Time for a divorce!!!!!! So I am hoping this will also help. A friend told me that part of the reason people stay home is to shelter from the wounds of the world or the possibility of being wounded again - passed on by a psychologist. It is a mindset that sneaks in.

So anyway I hope to come back online later this afternoon and say hooray...I did it.

HOORAY I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't express how much today meant to me in words, i guess one word MAGIC!!!!

I was able to sing with our band!!!! yeah

Prior to band arriving (bit late getting there) - Did an impromptu song called falling slowly by Glen Hansard accompanied by Cello and guitar. It was so beautiful the cello that i felt the words and sang them more gently, with more meaning.... I was able also to do this because of the artists who had been on stage prior to me....their poems, their singing, their musical composition just filled me with so much....love? Joy? something?

I was so inspired by this artist with his Cello that i just blurted this poem onto page when i got home.....lol may need editing

The man and his cello
Sat still poised
To celebrate victory a passionate applause
Sound
Melody
Like waves of angels chorus
Filled the spaces in hearts
That yearned for freedom
The man and his cello
Are one
They breathe and sigh and
Swim and
Cry
One soars to heavens door
An orchestra of time -tears of joy
One become many
The angels
