A big pat on the back to me :-)

After years of been scared of my ex due to what he did to me and one of my daughters, yesterday when i picked up my other three daughters after access, I faced up to him and i was not scared. Normally i am so scared that i feel like crashing the car to end everything and the mind games he plays but i felt great.

I even managed to tell him that we need to work together to make access work and routines the same at both houses ie bedtimes.

I am so proud of myself. This is a big step for me as i have been afraid of him for a very long time. One small step and I'm on top of the world.
