New Years Resolution Empty New Years Resolution

Hi Everyone

Thought I'll have myself a New Year's Resolution.
I'm going to stop doing silly harmful things to myself. I am going to change my lifestyle.
I am gonna go to the secretary course Monday to Thursday, and go to the Gym at least 3 times a week.
If I feel like self harming I will ring the mental health line or come in chat. I am going to make a big effort to change my life. I've stuffed things up for too long. It's time for a change, a time for a new me.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas, and Happy New Year.

Bluezero, that first one sounds like a great one to live by Smile Please look after yourself. New year to me is always a new start.

My resolution is to look after me better too.
