How are you doing today?
I hope that Thursdays going well for you all - and that you're being kind to yourselves, remembering and being satisfied by what you have achieved today, and not worrying too much about the things that didn't quite happen.
Rome wasn't spring-cleaned in a day, and nor by the looks of things, will my flat be,
Take care,
Pat.

lol, Pat.
The home never gets fully cleaned in one day round here
Doing ok today, actually, pretty good even.
Hope you are well.

Not to good, managed to sleep away the day as per usual. Sitting staring at the huge pile of stuff I have to list on TM that never happens and pondering how I'm going to break this agoraphobia.. It's hard to be satisfied Pat, I have only eaten dinner, watched Shorty and jumped online..

Hey, you're up, you've eaten, thats a good start.
Have a good, safe night you guys - sorry I can't stick around but I'm off to bed, my back says 'no more sitting tonight'.
I've just started a course of Nortriptyline to help with nerve pain - its also a psych med, which I'm none too thrilled about, but I suppose it can't hurt (fingers crossed). I know I'm really sore when I can't even be bothered opening the latest packet of Shortbread. But then, having been weighed by the doctor yesterday, just perhaps, I can afford not to pig out on them tonight, sigh.
Who invented calories - and why?
Sweet dreams,
Pat.
