I am tired Empty I am tired

I am tired.

I am tired of fighting. I am tired of having to constantly protect myself. I am tired of having to justify having to protect myself. I am tired of always feeling like I'm on the back foot. I am tired of trying to appear happy because that's what others want to see. I am tired of being judged by people who have no idea how hard I am fighting to get well. I am tired of being on the outside. I am tired of being written off. I am tired of being told I'm stupid and useless. I am tired of being undermined, belittled and diminished. I am tired of being ordered to stand tall by people who cut me off at the knees. I am tired of not having control of my emotions. I am tired of feeling worthless. I am tired of living in a place that damages my mental health. I am tired of always having to look up instead of forward. I am tired of trying to just, 'be'. Crying or Very sad

It truly is exhausting headless. Feels like walking thru life...if it can be called living...with a concrete coat on...

I am with you....I dealt well for years but you just get tired of being tired. Its difficult that others dont get it and they judge. hopefully it can only get better
