I so need help

i will try to make this brief... on meds for 30 + years and managed to cope reasonably well. ALWAYS had major problems with " daughter " but this time I am over her. I have always had my grandkids. most times everyday basis. she has over the years done some truly rotten and very very hurtful things to me.. this one takes the fruit cake.. because of my mental health issues Im not to have them anymore as she fears for their safety. I would so cry if I cared, well I do care but feel I have nothing left to be taken from me, emotionally etc. I live on my own, now have no friends, aquantances etc etc.. I stay in my home and only leave to get stores when I have to
I have no one 2 visit and no one rings me... and Im happy with that but truly cant understand why I have lost any feelings of hope. Sori if you are getting confused.. cause Im confused me self. If any one knows of narsistic behavour im sure she has it cause I cant talk to her, she never wrong etc etc.I dont feel depressed Just so empty if you can understand tht. thanks for letting me try to say where Im at.

It's been a while since you put this up so I ask first. Are things still the same for you ?
The thing that strikes me about this situation is that people (in this case your daughter) make choices for their own reasons and unless they decide to tell you why, well you can only guess. Whatever they may be I would only hope that some consideration of your feelings and needs are included, but sometimes this is not the case. It's not a good idea to speculate on what might be wrong with her because even if it is true, there's not a lot you can do about it.
As for friends, they are out there but you have to make the effort.
Why not join up here, it's really easy and safe, share the grief and see what happens
